Advantage Partners will play an important role in the sales process.

Healthcare IT/Services/Consulting companies who are in a position to sell EMR-PM product and associated services to Medical Offices and Hospitals and who would like to own the customer relationship.

Sales of Intivia InSync EMR-PM software and associated services and products will be one of the primary focus of the Reseller Partner.

Commissions One-time commission for each referred customer who signs-up and promotional spiffs Percentage of recurring revenue & promotional spiffs Discounted wholesale pricing & Promotional spiffs. Price discount varies based on sales volume generated.
Registration Fee None Minimal Minimal
Requirements No minimum revenue commitment Net new revenue commitment per year. Higher net new revenue commitment per year. Revenue level defines discount pricing.
Operations Partner passes sales lead to dedicated rep. Intivia manages all customer interaction. Partner plays an important role in the sales process. Partner will involve Intivia rep in the sales process as necessary. Intivia will manage all customer interaction after the sign-up. Partner manages full customer relationship prior to customer sign-up.

Training and Support services can be provided to the end-clients by Reseller or Intivia. Reseller compensation will vary accordingly.
